SalaryJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations - Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service - Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and be able to answer any customer inquiries Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage trends - Strong math skills for accurately handling cash transactions - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive manner - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices in the hospitality industry If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers through exceptional service and have the skills required for this position, we invite you to apply.
