Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with food preparation as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail for order accuracy and guest satisfaction - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Culinary background or training is a bonus Join our team as a Server and enjoy the opportunity to provide exceptional service while working in a dynamic restaurant environment.
