About the Role

Your Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the material handling staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement efficient material handling processes and procedures to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the production line.
• Maintain a comprehensive plan for every part, including accurate inventory levels, storage locations, and replenishment strategies.
• Utilize Stellantis' sequencing systems and software
• Optimize material flow and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
Your preferred qualifications
• Proven experience working as a materials Manager or in a similar role within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in sequencing operations, specifically with Stellantis' material handling requirements.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team in a 3-shift operation.
• In-depth knowledge of material handling processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with Stellantis' sequencing and practices.
• Experience in managing relationships with 3rd party logistics providers.
