Position Overview:

Our in-house marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in our digital marketing strategy. The candidate must have significant knowledge of SEO and the ability to execute and refine an SEO strategy and plan, while also being able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to ensure both short-term and long-term success
• Monitor on-site and off-site SEO factors daily to identify and address any issues that could impact qualified lead generation
• Conduct keyword research to ensure that the website is optimized for competitive positioning
• Manage online reputation (ORM) and all channels that affect ORM, such as Yelp, social media, and reviews
• Create and maintain SEO project timelines and track results, such as keyword rankings, local rankings, and ORM cleanup
• Conduct outreach and link building, including sponsorships, educational initiatives, and blog posts
• Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and stay up to date on the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and UX/UI trends

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with: SEO tools, Online reputation management, & Technical SEO
• Solid understanding of page rendering and SEO scores
• Strong business sense (metrics and profitability driven prioritization and projects)
• UX/UI for SEO and site performance best practice expertise
• Legal industry experience or highly competitive lead generation experience
• Executive level/C-Suite communication experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a law firm or personal injury law specifically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
