SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing/Google Ad Specialist-Two Positions

HEIDARI LAW GROUP is a boutique Plaintiff's Employment and Personal Injury law firm with offices in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. We are seeking two full-time in-house SEO Specialist and Google Ad Specilaist to add to our growing team in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a solid track record in lead generating by organic SEO and digital marketing (PPC, Facebook, Instagram,..) for law firms with high monthly marketing budget.

Job Description

The SEO Specialist is part of our in-house marketing team and will provide SEO and digital marketing ranging from Online Reputation Management, website management, pay per click (PPC), and refinements. Strong writing skills are called for able to produce compelling content attractive to both the site visitor, general public audience, and google algorithms.

We are looking for a team player who is a driven and highly motivated, communicative SEO/PPC expert with good attention to detail, strong business sense, and the ability to prioritize projects and timelines.

Principal Responsibilities for SEO Specialist

• SEO and lead generating strategy for long-term success
• Daily monitoring of on-site and off-site SEO factors that impact qualified lead generation across tactics
• Keyword research to ensure we are optimized for competitive positioning
• Online reputation management (ORM) and all channels that affect ORM (esp Yelp, Social, and Reviews)
• Create and maintain SEO project timelines and results (keyword rankings, local rankings, ORM cleanup)
• Outreach and link building, including sponsorships, education, blogs, etc.
• Competitor analysis, industry research, and up-to-date SEO best practice for algorithm and UX/UI changes
• Reporting and analysis using SEO tools and staying abreast of and adopting best technology strongly

Principal Responsibilities for Digital Social Media Marketing/Google Ad Specialist

• Utilizing your deep understanding of google and social media marketing strategies and analytics, you will significantly contribute to achieving our marketing goals
• Formulate and execute advanced advertising strategies on platforms like Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Oversee campaign creation and management, crafting ad content and visuals
• Analyze campaign data to refine strategies for better performance in terms of engagement and conversions
• Perform detailed audience research for precise demographic targeting
• Keep up with the latest trends in social media marketing and technological advancements
• Provide insightful reports on campaign outcomes, focusing on improvement areas
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution
• Develop targeted social media advertising strategies for diverse locations
• Set specific campaign goals (brand awareness, lead generation, etc.)
• Define and fine-tune audience targeting using advanced tools
• Collaborate with creative teams for compelling ad visuals and copy
• Allocate and monitor budgets across campaigns for optimal utilization
• Choose suitable platforms and timing for ad placements
• Conduct ad performance tests and optimize based on findings
• Track and report on ad performance using sophisticated tools
• Apply geotargeting techniques for location-specific audience engagement
• Ensure compliance with ad guidelines and maintain brand consistency
• Analyze competitor strategies and adjust our approach accordingly
• Communicate effectively with location marketing teams and stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• Primarily organic SEO focused expertise

• PPC, Instagram & Facebook

• Solid understanding of page rendering and SEO scores.

• UX/UI for SEO and site performance best practice expertise

• Legal industry experience or secondarily highly competitive lead generation experience

• Digital Marketing ( PPC, Facebook, ..) : 3 years (Required)

• Reporting Analysis with SEO tools: 3 years (Required)

• Online Reputation Management: 3 years (Required)

• Technical SEO: 3 years (Required)

• UX/UI for SEO best practice: 3 years (Preferred)
