About Us:

Tree House Recovery is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing and content department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and enhancing our brand's visibility in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.

- Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.

- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content, to enhance search engine visibility.

2. Content Creation and Optimization:

- Create high-quality, SEO-friendly copy that resonates with target audiences, maintaining a conversational and impactful tone.

- Produce original blog content, web copy, and ad copy that drives engagement and addresses the needs of our audience.

- Collaborate with industry experts to gather insights and translate them into compelling and informative content.

3. Technical SEO:

- Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions for improved site performance and search visibility.

- Monitor and optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and user experience to enhance search rankings.

4. Link Building and Outreach:

- Develop and implement a strategic link-building plan to acquire high-quality backlinks and enhance domain authority.

- Outreach to relevant websites and influencers to build relationships and secure opportunities for guest posting and collaboration.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.

- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.

- Proficiency in keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, including website audits, site structure, and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO and digital marketing.
