Deldar Legal seeks a Blogging & SEO Specialist to generate and compose engaging, original content for our website. As a skilled, tech-savvy writer, you will create appealing, well-researched and insightful posts on a timely basis that will promote lead generation and expand the firm’s client base.

The successful candidate will be creative, motivated, adaptable, and analytical with excellent writing skills and a unique voice. You will ensure that our SEO strategies and content planning are tailored to meet our business objectives, as well ensuring that Deldar Legal stands out from its competitors through strategic optimization efforts.

Remote/virtual is not applicable, so only candidates available to join us in the office will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement SEO Strategy: Formulate a detailed SEO plan that boosts organic search presence, leads to higher conversions, aligns with the organization's objectives, and comes with a well-defined plan for implementation and monitoring of results
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work to execute a cohesive SEO strategy, encouraging teamwork and smooth project management
• SEO Project Coordination: Initiate and develop projects focused on enhancing SEO growth, including the refinement and improvement of keyword strategies related to topics of interest.
• SEO Site Health and Maintenance: Set up and oversee procedures for continuous SEO health checks, ensuring the website is regularly maintained and updated
• Industry Trends and Communication: Keep up with the latest trends in the SEO industry, relay important updates to stakeholders, and incorporate fresh insights into the SEO approach
• SEO Audits and Competitive Analysis: Perform consistent SEO evaluations and competitive research to pinpoint areas for enhancement and to maintain a competitive edge
• Technical SEO Expertise: Guarantee the technical integrity of the website for SEO, emphasizing SEO-optimized coding, backlink strategies, user experience/interface, site navigability, and overall performance
• Data-Driven Approach and Reporting: Employ a data-oriented strategy using a trial-and-error method, and deliver concise, actionable insights to stakeholders
• Prioritization and Collaboration: Develop methods for prioritizing SEO tasks effectively to ensure the integration of SEO best practices throughout the website and in content creation efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
