SEO/Google Ads Specialist Salary Range: $27.00 - $41.00/ Hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on major search engines.
- Regularly analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital content specialists and web developers.
- Communicate effectively with management team or product specialists to understand business goals and align digital strategies accordingly.
- Google Programmatic Ads:
- Design and implement programmatic advertising campaigns on the Google platform.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting to reach specific demographics and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize programmatic ad strategies based on performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for improving digital marketing performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google Ads:
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads updates to incorporate best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO/Google Ads Specialist with a focus on analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising on the Google platform.
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
