Position Overview
The Senior Quality Auditor will support the development of all the Quality Auditors while supporting manufacturing in the application of quality practices by identifying nonconforming products, documenting accordingly and supporting rework as needed.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Safety is everyone’s responsibility
- Perform visual, dimensional and functional product testing
- Work with Quality Engineering to create and implement receiving inspection plans, in process inspection plans, and rework instructions
- Perform incoming/receiving inspection to ensure purchased product received meets document, visual and metrology requirements
- Perform & train Quality Auditors on specialty inspections (Ex: EFT, pressure & water testing)
- Conduct quality dock audits
- Coordinates MRB process for both facilities
- Review production batch records
- Generate and sign off on certificate of conformance and customer specific documents to meet shipping needs
- Assist warehouse with receiving and packaging of products for shipments
- Utilize IQMS for approval, records filing and data entry
- Coordinate control of non-conforming product process. Document product and process non-conformances. Host MRB meetings, update NCR reports, verify actions are complete, and review for closure
- Train and develop new and existing Quality Auditors to Dymotek Quality Management System (QMS) requirements applicable to this role
- Train Operations on proper execution of quality inspection methods
- Provide support to Operations on dimensional and visual inspection method
- Communicate Quality observations at the morning production meetings
- Identify and store product retains
- Team up with the production departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

- Plastics injection molding experience
- Basic computer knowledge including Outlook, excel, power point and word
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail including filling out and filing paperwork
- Investigative and error-spotting skills necessary
- Fluent in GMP & GDP
- ISO 9001/13485 knowledge
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet and IQMS
- Experience in the use of testing and measuring equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, quality instructions and procedures
- Ideal candidate, 3+ years of experience as a QA auditor/inspector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.17 - $30.96 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
