You will maintain records of all financial transactions by reconciling accounts and posting transactions for the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) and RB Records. The Senior Accountant will work with the CFO and supporting finance team of RBDC and RB Records and external Auditors and Business Units.
Manage Staff Accountant
Plan, assign, and review work along with developing skills and keeping motivated
Coordinate yearly goal-setting and evaluations
Manage Daily Operations
Prepare journal entries and other accounting transactions
Maintain under IFRS & GAAP 130+ warehouse and 1,800+ fleet vehicle Right-of-Use assets for planning and audit
Prepare and reconcile monthly payments for all warehouses and storage units. Coordinate with Real Estate team and landlords to resolve discrepancies
Manage coding database and posting for consolidations from 3rd party AP payment processor
Work with AP team to ensure all assets purchased are capitalized
Drive Monthly Accounting Close Process
Reconcile RBDC bank accounts and review Staff Accountant's reconciliation of RB Records bank account
Post accruals and reconcile RBDC balance sheet accounts, review the same for Staff Accountant on RB Records
Post depreciation and prepare Fixed Asset Rollforward and Lease Liability reports for Tax team
Review Staff Accountant's preparation of cost plus internal sponsorship invoice for RB Records
Submit Hyperion reporting for RBDC and RB Records
Audit Support
Facilitate interim and year-end audit requests
Prepare PBC list items, ensure Staff Accountant completes all assigned tasks
Prepare requested sample support, review support prepared by Staff Accountant
Prepare GAAP financials for RB Records to be printed by external auditors
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
Help develop new processes to increase efficiency for the growing business
Conduct special accounting projects as assigned by management
Provide Tax team with any reports needed for planning or external audits
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience/CPA
Experience with GAAP
Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
SAP knowledge preferred, but not required
First supervisory or management responsibilities beneficial but not required
Team player in a multicultural environment
Willing to work extra hours and weekends during quarter-end and year-end closes to meet deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $76,095 to $84,105 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
