Senior Specialist Business Systems

The Nestlé Out of Home division is seeking a Senior Specialist Business Systems to support the technical management of our CRM systems, including C4C, Salesforce, and Exceedra. This role will support feature development initiatives, special projects, and provide internal stakeholder training and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will drive successful systems implementation and extrapolate technical recommendations based on understanding of business needs and deep systems expertise.

The Senior Analyst will:
  • Support development of feature enhancements, upgrades, and ad-hoc technical projects, collaborating with third-party SaaS providers, developers, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Partner with IT and data teams on data migration and integration activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business and user needs, advising on options, risks, costs vs benefits, and impact to other business processes
  • Define solution requirements and write user stories based on deep understanding of business goals and processes
  • Consult with IT teams on alternative solutions
  • Participate in product lifecycle with development team, supporting QA and UAT testing
  • Influence IT teams to align technology roadmap to address local business needs
  • Collaborate with commercial development to drive feature and process adoption with sales organization, building and leading trainings as necessary
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve user and system issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and system optimization
  • Document processes and help define internal best practices

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of technical systems experience in relevant functional area
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and their analytical capabilities preferred (i.e. Salesforce, Salesforce Cloud, C4C, Exceedra, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights and requirements to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
