Senior Quality Specialist

The Sr. Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducts internal quality audits to ensure effective implementation of the QMS requirements
• Maintains and administers databases, builds queries, and prepares/ issue reports
• Manage employee training matrices and records.
• Management of document change requests in the quality management system
• Maintain product documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and Quality Records
• Manages controlled documentation for all company QMS-related documentation
• Participates in special projects and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Assists in other tasks as required

The Candidate

Professional Qualifications

• 4+ Years of experience in a Quality Specialist role
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001;2015
• Document Control experience required
• Experience working with quality metrics data collection and analysis techniques
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and previous application of Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.
