The Sr. Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducts internal quality audits to ensure effective implementation of the QMS requirements
- Maintains and administers databases, builds queries, and prepares/ issue reports
- Manage employee training matrices and records.
- Management of document change requests in the quality management system
- Maintain product documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and Quality Records
- Manages controlled documentation for all company QMS-related documentation
- Participates in special projects and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assists in other tasks as required
The Candidate
Professional Qualifications
- 4+ Years of experience in a Quality Specialist role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001;2015
- Document Control experience required
- Experience working with quality metrics data collection and analysis techniques
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and previous application of Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.
