Job Description
- This New York-based Hybrid position will play an integral role in the SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system from a Union Payroll reporting and costing functional perspective.
- A successful candidate must have a thorough understanding and solid foundation of Payroll Union processing with the proven ability to apply those principles in executing job duties with limited supervision. Additionally, experience with Union dues and contributions calculations.
- Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. and familiarity with associated system ad hoc query reports.
- Ability to extract and report on data using Excel formulas.
- Proficient in Excel functionality including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Concatenate, and related functions, making use of pivot tables, auditing formulas, filtering, and sorting of data.
- Must have good organization and documentation skills.
- Reconcile weekly and monthly SAP ECP Union reports to the Division AP payments and GL costing files transferred for posting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to meet the demand of time sensitive deadlines.
- Respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with Union vendors.
- UAT Participation to review testing results for any ongoing Payroll Union data changes.
- Special Projects assigned as needed.
- Comfort with working in Zoom, Teams and ability to train or review work in them.

- $30.50 - $40.67/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
