FocusKPI is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company. The client needs this Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives as part of the Global Marketing Operations team.Your role will be to drive the operational strategy and execute against the overall vision of the GTM playbook between demand generation, sales and marketing/sales technology teams. They are looking for someone who loves to help connect marketing teams with the process, governance, data and technology in order to drive customer engagement. Utilizing your advanced systems and process experience with SFDC and enterprise marketing systems, you will develop processes, frameworks and recommendations for translating marketing objectives into actionable campaigns . You will work with world-class sales and marketing teams and new, emerging businesses within the company.
Work Location: Remote in the U.S.
Duration: 5-6 months with potential for extension depending on your performance & the budget
Pay Range: $70/hr to $78/hr
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures
- Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
- 5-7 years in Marketing Operations
- Experience with SFDC, CRM & Marketo is mandatory to have
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience at a large B2B Technology company as a Marketing Operations
Manager - Experience with stakeholder engagement and translation of business requirements
to technology and technical requirements - Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
