Job Description
- Create and iterate new processes to share US priorities and title strategies with international partners to influence, encourage, and support marketing support
- Partner closely with EMEA, LatAm, and APAC to understand what titles work in their region and how US teams can help drive success
- Work closely with US-based teams across all DE TV brands to communicate priorities and strategies clearly and consistently
- Collate and distribute insights and learnings with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate, schedule, and lead touch bases with global stakeholders
- Run ad-hoc meetings as needed
- Identify and fix gaps in the process
- 7+ years of progressive work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organization;
- Minimum 4 years in media and entertainment, strategy, strategic planning, or consulting
- Hands-on, team player with the ability to both work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure, work with ambiguity and complexity, manage competing priorities - often with minimal direction
- Ability to interface and build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable as the business need changes
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape, especially in LatAm and EMEA
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics
- Preferred Education: MBA
