Senior Manager, Digital Operations

Our Senior Manager, Digital Operations will play a pivotal role managing and growing our Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) channels, both domestically and internationally, while also providing support for our suite of digital products. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of streaming and video, operational workflows, and a track record of successfully managing digital products. We are looking for a problem solver with a passion for sports who wants to help lead our digital growth.
Key responsibilities:

FAST Operations

• Oversee the daily technical operation of all our streaming channels including T2, Tennis Channel International, and PickleballTV.
• Lead onboarding for all platform distributions. 
• Troubleshoot issues, manage, and file support tickets, and ensure regular quality control. 
• Work with internal and external teams to make sure the channels are optimized and performing as expected.
• Serve as the main point of contact with our technology partner. 

OTT Operations

• Create and manage video workflows to support the daily operation of our subscription services. 
• Support product launches and help maintain quality of service. 
• Work with the editorial teams to understand pain points and help facilitate and automate services. 

Digital Products

• Help research and test technologies to better support our digital products and services.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment supporting many different departments.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage the many different initiatives. 
• Work flexible hours to meet the demands of multiple 24/7 channels and services streaming around the globe.

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience working with broadcast networks, content platforms, or streaming solutions 
• Strong technical knowledge of streaming, video, and metadata standards
• Proficient use of standard technologies including content management systems and project management software
• Familiarity with cloud playout services like Amagi, Wurl or Frequency is greatly desired
• A passion for the convergence of technology and tennis is a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
