- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Guide the marketing function with hands-on leadership, executing plans to elevate brand prominence.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand identity and awareness.
- Articulate and communicate the company value proposition, achieving brand differentiation.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, overseeing implementation and cost controls.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy, enhancing online presence and customer engagement.
- Lead marketing lifecycle per trade show, converting leads to active customers.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing function.
Qualifications to be a Sr. Marketing Manager:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, ideally within nutraceutical or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities, adept at data interpretation and trend identification.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Direct experience with NIELSEN, SPINS, IRI, or CRX.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
