The role of the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Program Success:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Program Success to lead our post-sales marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of our childcare programs among our corporate and government clients and their communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with specific experience in customer success, account management, and program implementation. This role is 30% leading the marketing strategy for successful implementation of our programs and 70% execution, with support from other teammates on Marketing and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that ensure the successful implementation of our childcare programs post-sale.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand client needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Client Engagement and Retention:
    • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase program adoption and engagement among employees of client companies.
    • Monitor and analyze program performance, using data to inform and optimize ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop educational and promotional materials to support program understanding and utilization.
    • Create compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align on goals and strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the program.
  • Market Research and Insights:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and program enhancements.

You'll excel at this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on post-sales or customer success marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools and marketplaces.
  • A scrappy, creative, problem-solving mindset!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet quick turnaround times and strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the childcare industry, HR, and employee benefits.
  • Previous startup experience, bonus if it has been in tech.
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a willingness to strategize and implement new processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
