Job Description
Weave strives to bring happiness to healthcare and the Senior Manager, Community Marketing will be responsible for connecting Weave's community, storytelling through Key Opinion Leaders and industry influencers, building Weave's brand through Organic Social Media channels, and engaging with the community through Digital Events.
- This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) at Weave's HQ in Lehi, UT and reports to the Sr. Director, Content and Communications.
What You Will Own
- Build and nurture an active and vibrant online community, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with customers, prospective customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Mentor and lead a team responsible for social media channel management, industry influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage Weave's audience across social media platforms.
- Work with Weave's Brand team to create compelling and shareable content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored for various social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Organize and promote online events, webinars, and contests to enhance community participation and brand awareness.
- Work with Weave's Field Marketing team to connect our community at live events such as industry trade shows and Mastermind Mixers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all community touchpoints.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate community management strategies.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, influencer management, digital marketing, preferably in a consumer industry (B2C).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive stories and content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
