Beauty Industry Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts and play a key role in shaping our organization's workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies, sourcing and interviewing top talent, and collaborating with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
Sourcing, Interviewing and Candidate Engagement
- Oversee the development of sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Create and communicate job offers and negotiate offers terms, as needed.
- Administer background checks.
- Finalize hiring process by initiating onboarding and communicating to candidates not selected.
- Implement effective candidate engagement initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and objectives.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and collaborate on the interview and selection process.
Best Practices Development
- Provide guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative recruiting techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and excellence.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Promote and manage the team member referral program.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling recruitment marketing materials.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on key recruitment metrics and trends.
Agency Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other Talent Acquisition vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Compliance and Diversity:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition strategies at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates through various channels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR technology, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive manner.
