Eclipse IT Security, Inc. is a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and VoIP system provider located in Utah, and California and have serviced clients for over 2 decades.
We are seeking a motivated professional to join and help lead our team to become as a senior level IT admin. Admin will be responsible for verifying that the technicians are assisted and to provide any advanced help needed for team to provide top notch support. As well as to be able to assist with advanced issues directly with clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with onsite techs to dispatch and resolve clients technical needs
- Provide analysis and consultative functions to office or account manager as requested
- Provide internal or other technician support to provide client solutions, (team player)
- Provide help desk and phone support for advanced issues, during business hours or as scheduled in office, route tickets and assign workflow to yourself or other technicians
- Configure, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair clients network equipment
- Repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing workstation hardware, servers, operating systems, and applications
- Provide thorough technical knowledge for techs to resolve issues with applications, workstations, and other computer-related hardware such as, printers and tablets
- Limited experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio/video equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced understanding of server configurations including: Hypervisors, VMs, AD, DNS, Backups etc.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Communication, teamwork, organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Business awareness and understanding of business requirements of IT
- A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology.

- An understanding of compliance issues
- Experience working with AutoTask, Kaseya and other management software
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar and three to five years of experience preferred
