Purpose Statement
To support the goals and visions of Gemini by partnering with others to implement Human Resources practices that meet business needs and support the Gemini culture.
Pay Range: $68,000-$82,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Essential Functions

•Coordinate position posting, recruitment processes, and selection processes.
•Conduct new employee orientation and provide a positive connection between team members and HR.
•Ensure equity and consistency is maintained in the process of job offers and pre-employment screening.
•Partner with team members and leaders to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
•Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
•Ensure FMLA, short-term disability, and Workers' Compensation claims are handled fairly, consistently, and timely.
•Implement HR processes that strive to continuously add value and support the accomplishment of business objectives.
•Provide support to managers/supervisors to coach and correct employee performance where needed, and ensure clear expectations are communicated consistently.
•Assist managers in the performance evaluation process to ensure individuals are given effective feedback regarding their individual performance.
•Facilitate leadership development training.
•Support charitable giving efforts that support the Gemini goal of being a good corporate citizen.
•Develop and implement programs that support a culture that seeks out and values diversity.
•Actively promote and participate in a continuous improvement culture within the Human Resource department and the organization overall.
•Represent the organization as a professional in the community and marketplace.
•Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
•Integrity and Character: This role requires the ability to handle and maintain confidential information
•Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence, resolve conflict, maintaining a positive attitude, and empathy
•Excellent organization, task execution, and prioritization of work
•Learning orientation and willingness to take on new assignments
•Strong written and verbal and communication skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Qualifications - Education & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•3-6 years of relevant experience
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) is not required, but is preferred.
•Professional certification a plus
