FACE FOUNDRIE is looking for a Sr. Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with corporate growth plans. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment across our corporate HQ and store network, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing strategic HR guidance to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
Provide guidance on HR best practices and industry trends to improve overall employee performance.
Implement employee total benefits packages and responsible for ongoing benefit administration.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for corporate positions, ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations.
Develop and maintain effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Work closely with leadership to identify talent needs and provide guidance on attracting and retaining top-quality talent.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
Provide guidance and support to leadership on employee development, training, and career progression initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on managing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
HR Analytics, Reporting and Payroll :
Process payroll for corporate employees.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, including turnover, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to improve operations and employee satisfaction.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees, senior management, and employees at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience maintaining strict confidence regarding sensitive, protected and/or confidential information.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment preferred.
Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience managing a workforce that spans multiple states.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
