Job Description: As a Senior Graphic Designer at turn, you'll be a key player in defining and elevating our brand's visual identity across all our verticals. Your mastery of Photoshop, understanding of design principles such as hierarchy and padding, and your ability to craft compelling brand guidelines will be essential. You'll lead diverse projects across various media, from decks to packaging, social media to email marketing campaigns, and print design. This role calls for not only innovative design skills but also leadership in the graphic design domain, efficient project management, and the organization and maintenance of a highly efficient, easily navigable asset library.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel in using Photoshop to edit, manipulate, and create visually compelling content.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines that effectively communicate turn's identity.
• Design engaging decks, innovative packaging, and tailor designs for social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
• Lead graphic design projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes, improving creativity and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain an efficient and easily accessible digital asset library.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in merch and apparel design.
• Competency in creating tech-decks for clear technical communication.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in these areas and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in graphic design, evidenced by a diverse portfolio.
• A solid understanding of design principles.
• Proven ability in creating brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
• Expertise in design for both print and digital mediums.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, focused on efficiency and innovation.
• Strong organizational skills for asset management.
