Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all the financial and administrative operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, and contribute to strategic decisions for existing operations and new construction projects.Responsibilities:
- Supervise the accounting and administrative departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze bank reports, perform reconciliations, and monitor cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Utilize SAP experience to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the financial department, including but not limited to accounting records, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 administrative and financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with relevant financial leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial software systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
