Core Purpose:
This role is for a shared resource between R&D, Product Engineering, and Product Management. The major tasks for each functional group are outlined below.
-R&D - Support efforts to develop adsorbents and media. Tasks will include, characterization, testing and database building.
-Engineering - Tasks will involve updating calculators used to estimate filter performance (pressure loss, chemical performance) based on new media or exiting media that has not been updated in calculator. Rerun regressions in Mini Tab
-Product Management - Assist with complexity reduction efforts- identify orphaned SKU's, redundant SKU's (media and filters). Work with product engineering to perform background tasks required for new product introduction
In this role, you will:
R&D - Support efforts to provide documentation to sales and Field Applications Engineering. This data is used to demonstrate filter performance and characteristics to potential customers.
Engineering - Update existing tools so that new filters can be modeled demonstrate performance. Will document this effort as well as document filter specification used in product introduction documentation, and engineering calculation tools.
Product Management - Review part numbers (finished goods and raw materials) to identify opportunities to reduce complexity of our offering. Work with various functional groups to ensure that all back- end tasks are completed in lead up to product launches (including PowerPoint presentations, SAP, and other system tasks.

-Ability / willingness to work in a multiple discipline environment
-A curious mind
-Drive and motivation to complete tasks within assigned timeframe
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
