Job Purpose and Function
Join Dash In, a division of The Wills Group and a leading regional convenience brand, where you can play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our corporate operations as a Senior Store Manager. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operations of a single convenience retail store, setting the standard for brand image, guest experience, and overall profitability.


How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Performance will be measured by sales growth, customer feedback, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Contribute to new concepts, programs, processes, and foodservice innovations while maintaining high standards in a high-volume store environment.
  • Inventory and Sales Management: Effectively manage product orders, maintain inventory levels, and protect against loss and pilferage. Ensure compliance with Dash In Brand Standards at all times.
  • Financial Management: Manage the P&L to achieve or exceed expectations in category sales, margins, labor deployment, and variable expenses. Communicate effectively within the organization, contributing to effective decision-making.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed expectations in third-party audits and inspections, including ECO Sure Food Audits, ACL Guest Experience assessments, Age Verification Assessments, Internal Cash Audits, and Foodservice Compliance Audits.


What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced guest-focused hospitality environment (i.e., retail, food service, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performance convenience store location; internal experience in high-performance Dash In store management preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • Ideal candidates will also have experience with multi-unit management; exceptional performance in customer service, customer reviews, and mystery shops; and a proven track record of success in guest-focused hospitality, c-store, operations, food service, and/or retail environments.

Stay on-call and connected to the pulse of our thriving 24/7 business via your dedicated business phone, ensuring you play a crucial role in addressing the real-time needs of your customers and team.
  • Travel as needed to headquarters, other stores, various retail markets, and training locations.
  • Initial training may take place outside of the manager’s assigned location; accommodations will be provided as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a retail convenience store environment and fuel and car wash operations, which may include occasional exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions. This role routinely constantly operates computer, point-of-sales (POS) systems, and other machinery or technology necessary for daily operations and constantly positions self to stock items, conduct inspections, maintain or operate necessary equipment and conduct other necessary functions of the role. must be able to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, staff, external vendors, management, and others. Must be able to frequently observe equipment and safety conditions in store environment. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder for stocking or light maintenance purposes or remaining in stationary position may be required.
