Description:
Reporting to the President and Market Leader, Executive Management, this position is responsible for supporting and facilitating the governance processes throughout Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC). Works closely with West Region President and CEO, Office of General Counsel, SAMC and Trinity Health executives, Trinity Health Governance, SAMC Board and Committee Chairs, and the Central Valley Health Plan (CVHP) in support of furthering governance goals and processes. Provides executive-level support to SAMC President/Market Leader, and other Senior Executives as necessary in carrying out the governance requirements of the Region. This position is also responsible for providing executive administrative assistance to the SAMC President/Market Leader to ensure smooth and efficient operations of executive leadership team.
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2. Seven (7) years of administrative support experience with five (5) years at the executive level required.
3. Five (5) years of experience with healthcare governance duties preferred.
4. Excellent computer skills, and high proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products, and related business software applications. The ability to learn new software is required.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, as well as planning and organizational skills required.
6. Ability to function with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong initiative in independent decision making in performing the duties of this position is required. 7. Proficient in working discreetly with highly sensitive and confidential information is required.
Pay Range ($36.02 - $54.02)
