Senior Executive Assistant

Team Overview:

• The Corporate Strategy team focuses on
  • Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture (JV) deals, and partnerships for CSG
  • Long range strategic planning activities (long range plan, capital structure, shareholder, value creation)
• You’ll work closely with senior leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Manage travel, phone calls, emails, appointments, and events for direct manager
• Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, third party advisors, and potential acquisition targets
• Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events and meetings
• Create regular reports as needed
• Navigate procurement processes, and other related company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office
• Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
• Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
• Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $1-$50,000,000 CA generally ranges; $113,057-$125,619 All other locations fall under our General State range; $94,214-$104,682 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
