Executive Director - Assisted Living

Duties:
- Oversee the operations and administration of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Experience:
- Active State CRCFA License
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the residential home care or social work field
- Strong budgeting and financial acumen
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
