As the Senior Executive Assistantto MCG's CEO and VP, People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive team by providing high-level administrative support, planning events, coordinating workplace services, along with managing various tasks and projects. You will work closely with your assigned executives to provide calendar support, streamline their workflows, anticipate needs, and handle matters efficiently and professionally. In addition to the foundational work of being an EA, you will also function as a Team Lead to our three Sr. EAs supporting the remainder of the Executive Team (ET), ensuring our EA team is well-coordinated and there is consistent, reliable administrative support across the company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to bring clarity and structure into the organization.

You Will:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executives you support.
  • Lead the EA team to deliver value for all the executives and leaders they support
  • Coordinate workplace events and services, ensuring our office is well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project management.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance productivity.
  • Work with building management and internal teams to plan local events and maintain our Seattle office.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5+) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, video conferencing and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an office manager
  • Previous experience as an event planner
  • Must be local to and within a reasonable commuting distance to Seattle
