The Office of Communications is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Creative Design & Illustration to serve in a team-based printing and production center. Primary responsibilities include prompt and quality production of print projects - including but not limited to graphic design, production art, and creative illustrations.
- Develops and coordinates creative materials for the use in production printing.
- Manages print production schedule.
- Ensures production projects are produced according to specifications and deadlines.
- Reviews records and reports of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives; recommends modifications to methods or procedures as required to redirect activities and ensures that objectives are attained.
- Provides guidance to support staff in carrying out project objectives.
- Prepares recurring program reports for management use.
- Analyzes data and makes recommendations.
- Participates in planning meetings at the inception of new projects.
- May conduct formal training or instruction.
- Interacts with faculty, staff and students to promote the goals and objectives of the project.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and WRIKE (Project Management Software).
