4 Seasons Senior Living provides assisted living and home health care to Seniors. We are a small company with a strong team that works to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents. We are always working with Hospice clients and independent clients to make sure that our residents are well-taken care of, happy and engaged. We are looking for a new team member to provide support in a small office setting.
About the position:
Tour Coordination:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during tours and appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate tours for potential residents and their families interested in the senior living community.
- Communicate with prospective residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about the community's offerings and amenities during tours.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to tours, appointments, and scheduling. Follow up with potential clients when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of tour bookings, appointments, and visitor information.
- Prepare tour-related documents, brochures, and information packets for prospective residents.
- Provide support during tours, ensuring that the facilities are prepared and presentable.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both current residents and potential residents and their families.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve the tour experience and address any concerns.
General Office Administrative Duties:
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Periodically review and create employee files.
- Act as support for HR and caregiver scheduler when needed.
- Address scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and unexpected issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the senior living team to find solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Stay informed about the senior living community's offerings and any updates or changes.
- Suggest improvements to the scheduling and tour coordination process to enhance the overall experience.
- Rotating on-call schedule with other office staff (weekends).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
