Description:
As a Senior Consumer Media Manager, you will act as an internal expert throughout the entire Strategic Digital Media Planning Process, including Integrated Communications Strategy, Channel/Partner & Audience Cohort mix Strategy, Tactical Planning and Measurement. You will be a key enabler at the core of the US Digital Performance Marketing Hub. Your role will be integral to our mission in achieving the strongest relationship with 100% of consumers while driving lifetime engagements with our loyalty and advocacy programs. As a Media Strategy lead, you will be the conduit between the Brand teams and the Media Agency teams to ensure that all Media Plans are addressing and measuring our business objectives and ensure tactical plans ladder to the overall Digital Media Strategy.
The Senior Consumer Media Manager will be responsible for the development of digital media plans that deliver against business objectives while delivering the highest possible ROI. As a multi-channel digital media native, you understand how to allocate media budgets to deliver the highest yield in Net Incremental Revenue and increased Market Share. You'll collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, Creative, and Retail cross-functional roles, as well as our Media Agency partners.
Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy

  • Working with our Media Agency of record to define digital paid media strategies that deliver against overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Seek and evaluate strategic media opportunities and serve as a thought-leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our customer.
  • Develop a strategic vision for our audience growth across Channels (Social, Search, Display, OLV, Influencer) in support of broader business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to build and localize content and with external partners such as media agencies, publishers, and media partners to connect with our audiences through relevant channels.
  • Partner with CMI and Brand team on development of Consumer Journey Lead creation of Content Plan / Ecosystem across paid, owned, earned channels to drive consumer connections.
  • Develop campaign briefs in collaboration with Media Agency, evaluate and sign-off the paid Media Plans, define the measurement framework and closely supervise campaign execution and optimization.
  • Ensuring compliant execution of campaigns through adherence to approved processes, Brand Safety Guidelines, tools, AdTech as well as Market's legal framework.
  • Oversee Performance Media Manager's regular campaign reporting & insights to allow always-on optimization.
  • Work with internal & external teams to map 1st /2nd/3rd Data party opportunities that can help reach Audiences relevant to Media strategies developed.
  • Partner with the Performance Media Manager for test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate media performance.
  • Foster relationships with key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok & Kargo) to ensure Reckitt Nutrition is on the radar for all Alpha/Beta testing, and new product offerings.

Performance
  • Oversee Performance Media Manager to prepare forecasts and review performance reports with the Brand Managers that monitor and analyze key media metrics, quality, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee post-buy audit and optimization efforts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the media plans.
  • Monitor competitive activity to identify trends and opportunities and maintain industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep the brand marketing up to date.
  • Identify new platforms, partners & integrations, evaluate these (and existing platforms) over and maintain a POV.
  • Establish Measurement Framework KPI's and Media visualization dashboards to be shared with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Digital Marketing and/or Advertising related major preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience working with media plans, consumer data, segmentation; minimum 4 years of work experience with a major Media Agency or a Digital Advertiser.
  • 6+ years relevant professional experience in media strategy, planning and buying.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media research, trafficking, tracking and reporting processes, techniques and technologies.
  • Fluent in Communications Strategy or Strategic Planning, with aptitude for traditional and digital media.
  • Experience managing $5M - $50M+ digital awareness budgets and digital media buys.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (CM360, DV360, SA360, GA4), Meta & TikTok Ads Manager and Liveramp.
  • Understanding and managing different parts of a consumer journey, and how to influence the consumer across paid/owned channels.
  • Understanding of media buying techniques and timelines, and attribution models for ecommerce and direct response efforts.
  • Experienced in media measurement, analytics, and KPI tracking for optimization recommendations across all channels.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail, and bias for consumer-centric planning.
  • Ability to dive into data to develop consumer insights that inform strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Autonomous in executing daily assignments.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative.
  • A passion for using data to develop insights that put the consumer first is a must.
