Role: Senior Billing Specialist
Location: North Bethesda, MD - Hybrid

Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / hr

Job Responsibilities:
- E-billing
- Billing a client through their portal
- High volume, fast paced, large account
- Customer Portal processing (E-business Submissions)
- Maintain invoice submission via various external customer portals
- Include detailed information on invoices
- Ensure accurate purchase order numbers, ensure order number aligns with PO, confirm deliverables
- Perform bi-weekly reconciliation for E-business suite customers
- Identify variances between A/R aging reports and Portal update reports
- Salesforce and Intacct would be nice to have
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting OR 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and Google (worksheets, documents)
- Minimal 1 years’ experience in Salesforce and Intacct or similar software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience
