Billing And Payroll Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Billing and Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment from clients, and processing bi-weekly payroll.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices for billing
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies or errors
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries

- Process bi-weekly payrolls and process accompanying functions.

- Prepare and present analytical reports.

- Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar accounting role
- Proficient in MS Office (Especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Familiarity with payroll management processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- A BS/BA in accounting or a similar field is preferred.

- Pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
