Not all medical service providers can staff the specialists or a full-time staff on site, so they can send patient imagery through secure portals to us, where we facilitate readings and diagnoses via licensed staff from all around the world for a fraction of the cost of staffing.

What does the role do? In this role, you will serve as a face of Vesta to our customers, working with multiple vendors and coordinating various administrative activities for customers on a daily basis. Things like helping new customers (medical providers) onboard to our services, applying your learnings from previous days to answer customer and vendor needs thoroughly, and communicating professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
