River Garden Senior Services, an award winning not-for-profit senior care community, is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Community Clinical Services department, which includes our Home Health and Adult Day Program (ADP). This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a desire to use their skills in an agency where excellence is the norm.
The Home Health/ADP Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and clerical support to the Community Clinical Services department, which includes scheduling, billing, and responding to incoming calls from potential clients. This position also provides support to the Home Health/ADP Director.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Organizational skills to maintain client charts.
- Attention to detail with good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to assist with scheduling Home Health and ADP staff.
- One or more years of experience in Home Health Care and/or ADP setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
