- Confer with staff to explain program
- Review reports and records of program activity
- Prepare program reports
- Monitor expenditures
- Respond to inquiries and complaints
- Assist by providing accurate accounting information
- Answer phones, screen and respond to emails and calls
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

- Excellent project management skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative experience working with reports
- 2+ years in a Sr. Administrative role
- Demonstrable proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
