This is a remote position. We are a global team that leverages the latest technology to communicate with our colleagues across the globe.  When it’s safe to do so, there may be times in which this role would be required to travel to a local office for in person collaborations with your team.  

Being a Senior Account Executive at iManage means…
You will be spearheading our sales efforts for the Conflicts and Business Intake solutions. You will be a pivotal team member in the success of our sales performance and solution optimization to meet and exceed our client expectations. In this quota-carrying role, you will be a high performing sales professional in a performance driven organization. You will use your domain knowledge and credibility of Conflicts in the legal industry for our pipeline development. You will have a direct impact on the revenue growth of our Risk & Compliance practice. 
You will work across multiple teams in the business (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Services) to leverage and achieve successful customer outcomes for this practice. You will share in our belief that if the customer succeeds, the company succeeds.

iM Responsible For…

  • Working with prospective clients to identify opportunities to solve the firm’s business problems with our Conflicts and Business Intake products
  • Delivering on the required volume of deals and helping to further advance our sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with iManage teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Development, Pre-sales, and more to capture the untapped customer base that can benefit from our Conflicts Manager and Business Intake Manager solutions
  • Transferring knowledge gained from client engagements to our Sales, Product and Marketing teams to further contribute to the development of our solutions
  • Continuing to develop our go to market strategy and value proposition to legal customers
  • Working closely with our Solutions Consulting team to help guide and position our demos that showcase our value proposition
  • Justifying the value of our Conflicts Manager and Business Intake Manager solutions by assisting our internal teams in the creation of business cases, plans and any other supporting collateral
  • Representing iManage as the expert thought leader on Conflicts Manager and Business Intake Manager at industry events, presenting or hosting speaking engagements to demonstrate new features and best practices
  • Speaking with our clients on a regular cadence to ensure we are aware of opportunities on how to improve our solutions. Communicating this feedback across our Product, Engineering and Support teams to ensure alignment and to optimize our go-to-market approach

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working within the legal technology (particuarly in Conflicts) in a sales or solutions-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of the Conflicts and New Business Intake product space; a passion for process analysis and improvement
  • A proven track record of success in managing and growing a book of business
  • The ability to lead and present value propositions to Risk & Compliance executives such as Conflicts Directors and General Counsel in a law firm setting
  • A passion for client success and a belief that customers matter most; including a comfort working in a deadline-oriented position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal teams but also in direct client engagements
  • An opennes to travel as needed to industry events, and to our Chicago headquarters for executive meetings
