Self Employed Sales Development Representative

Location: Orlando

Shift: 9am - 6pm | Monday - Friday

Salary: This role is Self Employed commission only with the potential to move onto a W2 role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and booking appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. There is potential for the role to move onto a W2 as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Generate leads through cold/warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the process
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Recruitment or inside sales role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
