We specialize in providing one-on-one and group tutoring services, both in-home and online, for students in grades Pre-K to 12. Role Overview:

• We are expanding our team and looking for part-time Sales Development Representatives to outreach to Broward County schools and community partners.
• Your primary responsibilities include: driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for sales managers , updating and managing the CRM and setting up meetings with partner organizations
• The role involves scheduling meetings with school principals, managing secondary sales funnels through platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook groups to consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person site visits to find leads and engage decision-makers

- Outreach to Broward County schools and community partners

- Schedule meetings with school principals and company CEO

- Secondary sales funnel: LinkedIn messages, Facebook groups

- Update and manage all CRM sales activities, opportunities, and account information

- Set up meetings for CEO with school leaders and partner organizations

Work Hours:

- Total hours: 15 - 25 hours per week

- Schedule requirements: 4-6 hours per day (Monday - Friday)

- Preferred times: 8 am - 12 pm; and/or 2 pm - 3 pm

Remuneration:

- $25/hour base pay + commission for each meeting scheduled and deal closed

*Gas reimbursement for site visits will be given

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of sales prospecting and/or account management experience

- Established network of contacts in the education sector

- Experience selling to school districts, parents, and NGOs preferred

- Past success in a quota-driven, client-focused team sales environment

-CRM and pipeline management experience

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

-Proven track record of prospecting and generating demand

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
