SalaryMiddlewoods of Farmington, a senior living community committed to its mission of providing relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Part-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to work in our Farmington, CT community.
The administration assistant would be responsible for providing coverage for the reception desk while on duty, answering the phone, taking messages, and referring matter to the appropriate administrative person plus offers assistance, notifies police or emergency medical service when requested to do so from the hours of Midnight to 8:00am Shift five days a week.
Requirements include:
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Applicants must be able to work Microsoft word and excel
- Must be organized and exhibit time management
- Compassion, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills a must
- A genuine love and respect for seniors
- Applicants must have the ability to speak, read and write English
- Must be willing to undergo a complete background check, including drug screen and physical
- Some business office experience preferred, but not necessary
- Work schedule is every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) totaling 8 hours per week, 8:00am to 4:00pm
