Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform Bookkeeping in Quickbooks (required), Customer Service and general admin tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires working experience in QB, customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Duties:
- Perform light A/R and A/P tasks in Quickbooks (required). Coordinate with external Accounting team.
- Perform inventory tracking and reporting in Quickbooks.
- Assist with the front sales counter and process customer orders.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Answer phone calls, monitor and respond to emails.
- Perform general office admin tasks as requested.
- Must be a team player and willing to help out wherever support is needed.
Skills:
- Must have work experience with recent version of Quickbooks (required).
- Must have work experience in office admin and customer service (required).
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint).
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented.
- Positive, friendly and professional.
- Appreciates a small business work environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
