In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work on-site in our new Rental Car Center (RCC) building (on the 4th floor) at the Portland International Airport.
- Audit electronic and paper badge applications and I-9 documents.
- Add and update company badge authorizations in the Security Badging software system.
- Communicate and coordinate with new Authorized Signatories.
- Conduct weekly in-person software training classes for Authorized Signatories and prepare training materials.
- Ensure companies have an active Authorized Signatory.
- Track and collect unreturned badges and conduct annual TSA Regulatory Security Badge and Security Key audits.
- Complete additional assigned responsibilities to include:
- Process monthly badge billing,
- Prepare weekly deposits,
- Process daily key requests,
- Process Customs seal approvals,
- Perform monthly records retention duties,
- Run various daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyze data,
- Purchase operational supplies,
- Process checkpoint and temporary access passes in the absence of the Security Compliance Specialist, and
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Security Badging Manager.
- Associate degree in Business, Customer Relations, Computer Applications or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in an administrative/operations support role. Or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Working knowledge/experience in the following is desired:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of customer service to both internal and external contacts.
- Ability to pass and maintain a Criminal History Records check and Security Threat Assessment for a PDX Security Badge is required.
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing differences among individuals and a passion for being inclusive.

- Badging Office software, systems, and overall functions.

- Recognize identity and work eligibility documents and how to identify fraudulent documents.
- People and communication skills.
