Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in our firm by managing client interactions, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. This position is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding client service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries via phone and in-person with utmost professionalism.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support, including document management and office organization.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability independently problem-solve and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
