We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing the office calendar, and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a filing system for documents and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
