Immediate opening for a part-time hybrid receptionist/ legal secretary at our Abilene office. KRW Lawyers is looking for an outgoing self-starter to join our team assisting our legal team with task. Our Ideal Legal Secretary must be flexible, confident, and good natured. No two days are the same, so we require a hands-on professional with the ability to shift gears seamlessly. A “can-do” attitude and mindset are essential. • Strong skills in listening, communication, and empathy • Strong skills in attention to detail, dependability• Exceptional customer service skills • Knowledge of basic use and navigation of a computer (PC). Responsibilities:
This position is to assist a law office with duties such as: calendaring deadlines, screening calls, obtaining medical and billing records, setting up first and third-party claims, being the face of the Abilene office by greeting clients, attorneys, as well as vendors, upkeep of the office, office task.
In Office Days – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
Needles experience is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of legal experience
Administrative experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to adapt and work well in high stress situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated and organized individual
