Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist

Orthodontic scheduling coordinator primary duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, collecting/scanning paperwork, email correspondence, financial collections, insurance verification, insurance billing and data entry. There are other minor duties but the key is you must be willing to do whatever it takes for our patients and families!

Requirements: Excellent computer skills/knowledge for fully digital office, email skills including attaching/downloading files, exceptional people and communication skills, and positive attitude. We work with kids and their parents, so kindness, patience, and communication are the foundation of our practice.

- Pay is commensurate with experience with opportunities to grow
