Scheduling Coordinator
The role of Scheduling Coordinator will be to apply for permits, schedule insulation customers, provide excellent customer service and assist operations functions where needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply for and pull permits for upcoming insulation projects
- Answer phones and make outgoing calls to customers
- Schedule and modify installation calendar
- Create job folders for installation crews
- Resolve inspections and callbacks in vendor system
- All administrative and customer work in Operations
- Ad hoc projects as needed by the management.
Requirements/Preferences
- Previous in office work
- Scheduling experience
- Call center work
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience with Google suite
Pay/Schedule
- M-F 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM with a 1 Hour lunch
- Starting pay is $40K salary/Plus bonus structure/benefits
