Scheduling Coordinator

The role of Scheduling Coordinator will be to apply for permits, schedule insulation customers, provide excellent customer service and assist operations functions where needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply for and pull permits for upcoming insulation projects
• Answer phones and make outgoing calls to customers
• Schedule and modify installation calendar
• Create job folders for installation crews
• Resolve inspections and callbacks in vendor system
• All administrative and customer work in Operations
• Ad hoc projects as needed by the management.

Requirements/Preferences

• Previous in office work
• Scheduling experience
• Call center work
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Experience with Google suite

Pay/Schedule

• M-F 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM with a 1 Hour lunch
• Starting pay is $40K salary/Plus bonus structure/benefits

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
